With designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), she is amongst just 4% of brokers with this training. Further armed with the Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) designation, Jennifer has advanced training on valuation techniques and determining accurate price opinions. Her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation is focused on extensive training and knowledge helpful when acting as a buyer’s agent. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Jennifer has the expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
A mother of four, Jennifer makes time to do it all.
